Well, it looks like it will be opening on Sunday 8/30
They have after 4 PM pricing (50% off regular price) but the museum closes at 5PM!!!!
GENERAL ADMISSION:
10:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
Infant to 12 months: $2
Children: $10
Adult: $10
Military and Family Members: $8
AFTER 4 P.M.
Infant to 12 months: $1
Children: $5
Adult: $5
Military and Family Members: $4
10AM to 4PM - What about us working parents? Geesh I was hoping it would be a place I could take Kylie after school once in a while. Guess that's not gonna happen.
ReplyDeleteAlso $10 doesn't seem that bad, but if you consider both parents with one child is going to cost $30.00 each visit...gets pricey after a couple of visits.

Looks like fun. My daughter (3.5) loves pretend play and "role model" type stuff. She'd be in Heaven. Too bad it's kind of pricey, especially w/both us being out of work. It will make my list of "things-to-do-when-we're-working-again." (hahaha) Hopefully, it will be before she grows out of pretend play phase!

It is pricey!! If your daughter likes pretend play, try the La Habra Children's Museum. It has Taget Free Saturdays. Next one is Oct. 3rd. They have little grocery store, mini bus, stage area where kids can dress up. They are not new like Pretend City Museum, but cozy and cute.
